End: 19:30

Participants: Jaime Castillo Sainz, Inés Lado, Charlotte Kristensen, Ilse Prenn, Małgorzata Krzymińska, Lidia Michałowska

Program:

Feedback:

1.) Activities carried out/planned

SP – were doing some activities that were planned, situation due to Covid19 stopped the work in classes, Jaime/Ines worked on sustainability in agriculture and fishing – work will be put on the blog; not all activities – but some were carried out; students’ motivation in SP is not the same, very difficult to motivate them also for the teachers;

DK – no chance to do any activities, schools have tried to minimise the working load of students, students that are taking part in Erasmus+ project come from three different classes – Charlotte tried to keep the students separate because of Covid19, students have been asking about exchange; students’ motivation is still there, students who took part in the programme have moved to different schools from the programme; will try to include some short activities in groups in classes (Covid19) not a lot of activities have been going on;

A -

PL – motivation of students is very low, at the beginning they wanted to know what would happen, asked for exchanging email-addresses in order to keep contact; expert: how to protect earth/environment online;

BERND

-        At the end, some activities should have been carried out. One activity in three months – should be ok. At the end, some activities should be reported on.

-        Short activities should be carried out to keep the flow going. A very short topic e.g. SDGs once a month.

-        It does not matter concerning DK if they do not do any activities due to the Covid19 situation; in report – explanation why no activities were carried out; Danish agency is very relaxed in receiving reports;

2.) Dissemination

Talk about project/tell parents etc.

SP – next year celebration that they have taken part in European projects for 20 years (event is going to take place in spring) dissemination in Gandia is going to take place;

3.) Evaluation

feedback on interims report / Bernd is going to send it to Spain

4.) Future steps:

change the end of the project – postpone it one year – AT needs to apply at the national agency

SP – we can try to extend it; problem: some of the students will not be the same, involving other students, we should try

PL/DK agree to extend the project for another year

Months: 12 months August 2022

chose new classes

 SP/PL – change of some students due to the reasons that they graduate

Bernd – we should be flexible concerning students, we wrote about project classes in project proposal; most important – we use the mobilities, choice of students up to the Erasmus’ teachers

A – will choose new students

DK – 24 students are in grade 8 or 9, change of students will be necessary

List of possible students who could be involved with dates of birth should be created.

Problem with age gap!

activities with students (online meetings/Christmas or Easter activities?)

PL – exchanging email-addresses first

DK – only Spanish/Danish group has had contact with exchange partners, for those students it would be nice;

Ideas for students’ meetings

Bernd: give them email-addresses, they can decide on their own if they want to make contact; Idea: Creation of virtual platform – students from this project, connect themselves to each other

DK – Christmas greeting video – just for different groups

One chance meeting – should be well prepared (A)

A – organise a meeting for everybody who is interested, prepare some activities in break out rooms (groups of 4 or 5) meeting of 60 minutes for those who are interested, adult should be there to support them; students get to know each other

If partner countries do not have any students – that is fine!

Everybody agrees on the idea of A

Online-meeting for teachers in December – new dates will be sent out

 online meetings (teachers?)

5.) Future exchanges

two teachers’ meetings are still open in SP/PL, flexible with dates

otherwise, October 2021 / December 2021 / February 2022

6.) Accreditation:

·         feedback for approval in February

·         future cooperation in the new E+

BERND: If we want to continue with our cooperation, we have to coordinate our activities. We have to wait until February concerning accreditation and the situation in schools.
